The Why

The Great Banquet is a red-carpet event that honors teens and adults with special needs, uniting the church and disability community in celebration and belonging.

Mission

To honor teens and adults with special needs by creating a joyful, inclusive celebration rooted in dignity, relationship, and belonging.

Purpose

A world where every person is welcomed, celebrated, and known — and the church courageously leads in building communities of true inclusion.

Vision

The logo of The Great Banquet features a black background with a white arched window graphic on the left and the text "The GReat BanQUet" in stylized white font on the right.

EVERY GUEST CELEBRATED AND KNOWN.

What is the Great Banquet?

In Scripture, Jesus tells us not to throw a banquet for the wealthy or those who can repay us—but instead to invite those on the margins, those who may never be able to return the favor. “You will be blessed,” He says, “although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.” (Luke 14:14)

This is The Great Banquet.

It’s a red-carpet celebration for teens and adults with special needs—a night to honor those who are too often overlooked. Our guests are welcomed with cheers, served an elegant dinner, celebrated with awards, and invited to dance the night away in a room full of joy and belonging. Everything is offered free of charge, thanks to the generosity of our community.

Our goal is simple but profound: to break down barriers, bring awareness, and show the love of Christ in a way that every guest can feel and understand.

Whether you’re an honored guest, a volunteer, or a sponsor—there is a place for you at the table.

Kingdom Inclusion is a nonprofit ministry based at Crossroads East Side, dedicated to bridging the gap between the church and the special needs community.

We believe the church should be the most inclusive place on earth. That’s why we come alongside teens and adults with disabilities—and their families—to create a space where faith, friendship, and belonging thrive. Through weekly Bible studies, monthly community events, and meaningful one-on-one connections, we make the message of the Gospel accessible to all.

At Kingdom Inclusion, we are committed to:

  • Sharing the hope of Jesus in a language everyone can understand

  • Fostering lifelong friendships and deep community connections

  • Supporting families with love, care, and encouragement

  • Empowering individuals with special needs to discover their God-given purpose

Whether it’s a quiet Sunday morning in Bible study or a red carpet night at The Great Banquet, we exist to remind every person of their worth, value, and place in God’s story.

Kingdom Inclusion

A community that excludes one member is no community at all.
