The Great Banquet is a celebration to honor individuals with special needs ages 14 and up. We would love for you to join us for an unforgettable evening of fun, friendship, and community.

This special event is proudly hosted each year by Kingdom Inclusion and Young Life Capernaum.

2025 Guest Registration is Closed

We are rolling out the red carpet for our honored guests!  Join us for an elegant evening of dining, dancing and more while you meet the community of support around you. ​​​​

  • When: TBD

  • Where: Crossroads East Side, 4450 Eastgate S Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45245

  • Who: Teens and adults age 14 and up with special needs are invited to join us for this unforgettable evening.

    ​Everyone attending must register—this includes guests, buddies, caregivers, and parents who plan to accompany a guest.

    All guests under 21 are required to have a buddy volunteer to guide them through the evening events.   We will have wonderful volunteers on hand to pair with each of our honored guests.  If you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own buddy or caregiver.  He or she will need to register as a volunteer in order to attend.

  • All guests under the age of 21 are required to have a registered buddy to guide them through the evening.

    We will have trained volunteer buddies available to be paired with each guest. However, if your guest would feel more comfortable with a parent, family member, or caregiver as their buddy, that is absolutely welcome!

    ​Please note: Parents or caregivers serving as a buddy MUST complete the Buddy Registration Form (not the general Volunteer Form).

    This ensures we have the correct information to plan a safe and meaningful experience for every guest.

  • Attire is formal, however it's your night! Be comfortable!

    Ladies:  Cocktail dress, formal prom dress, pant suit

    Men: Suit, tux, jeans and a blazer

    We will be hosting a Formal Attire Giveaway!

  • If the music and excitement of the crowd becomes too much we will have a quiet space available for our guests to retreat.

  • All guests and volunteers MUST register to attend.
    If a parent, caregiver, or provider plans to attend to support a guest, they must register as a buddy using the volunteer registration form.

  • Do you have talent?  We want to see it!  2025 Talent Show registration will open Friday, August 22nd for The 2025 Great Banquet.  The Talent Show is limited to the first 12 guests.  Only guests may participate in the talent show.
